January 2012 Climate Change Roadshow in Falkirk

Falkirk Old and St Modan’s Church recently hosted the Christian Aid Climate Change Roadshow and it was great to meet with a large crowd of Eco-Congregation members from Falkirk, Polmont, Cumbernauld, Linlithgow, Uphall and Livingston.  Kathy Galloway brought us together in fellowship with a spiritual South African chant, “The Journey is Long” and after a short video presentation we split into groups for a choice of two 30-minute workshops led by Gordon Hudson, Kathy Galloway and Diane Green.

For those who were unable to attend but would like to receive the Christian Aid materials please contact DGreenatchristian-aiddotorg  (DGreenatchristian-aiddotorg)  .   My personal thanks to Jean MacSween and the congregation at Falkirk Old/St Modan’s for their generous hospitality – the homemade fruit loaf was delicious!
