Climate Week 2016 – join in.

Held from 16-23 September 2016, Climate Week is a Scottish Government-led national campaign to raise awareness and inspire action on climate change.  This week of activities and events aims to highlight the importance of reducing emissions and adapting to a changing climate. The objective is to engage and inspire, by involving people across the country in a range of activities.

If you are looking for ideas on how Climate Week could work for you and your organisation this short film provides an overview of the activities that took place within the Scottish Government in 2015.

For companies, charities, public sector organisations or community groups Climate Week presents a great opportunity to engage with staff, clients, partners, friends and the public. Whether you run one event or several, you’ll find out what people think, get some conversation going and enable further climate-friendly actions.

If you’re interested in getting involved in Scotland’s first national Climate Week please visit the Sustainable Scotland Network’s Climate Week pages, where you’ll find useful tips and resources and be able to register your participation.
