Climate Change in the Pacific: Christian Perspectives on an Existential Crisis

With increasingly stronger cyclones and sea level rises in the Pacific, please register to attend this free lecture examining the predicted effects of climate change on the Pacific peoples and then how they respond in their Christian faith.
Dr Richard A Davis is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Theology and Ethics at the Pacific Theological College, Suva, Fiji Islands and earned his PhD at New College in Edinburgh. Richard teaches across the fields of theology and ethics, with a special focus on Christian social ethics. He has published and presented several papers on the theology of climate change.
Event is organised by the Centre for Climate Justice at Glasgow Caledonian University. Lunch will be provided.
