Queensferry Parish Church is the latest congregation to receive one of our new awards.

The assessors particularly commended the church for its:

• work with the local community
• activities associated with Fair Trade and other charities working in parts of the world affected by climate change;
• imaginative and varied Earth Hour events
• commitment to reducing their church buildings’environmental footprint through measuring energy use and using this information to develop a long term action plan
• proactive commitment to publicity and reporting their eco-initiatives
