Could the Scottish tablet create green-energy?

‘Tablet has long been able to give you a jolt of pain in the teeth – but now Scotland’s sweetest of sweets may also have the power to produce electricity in the future’. An article in the Scotsman suggests that new research is underway to turn waste from production of the sweet snack into a renewable energy source.
