Yesterday’s Heart and Soul event in Edinburgh was very well attended. Gordon and a team of keen volunteers from churches of various denominations handed out registration forms and also asked visitors to pledge one small change to their environmental behaviour over the next six months. 62 people made pledges and we will be posting their pledge cards to them in six months as a reminder.

During the day our stall was visited by HRH Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex. This photo shows him talking with Mark Kirkbride (a trustee of Eco-Congregation Scotland) and Janet, one of our volunteers for the day.
